Are you available during Holidays?

We make deliveries 24/7/365. Holidays and emergencies are (typically) not a problem. High-Season or short notice? Please call us ASAP to lock in your reservation.

Where will you deliver?

Our focus centers around Seattle and SEATAC. However we will deliver throughout King, Snohomish & Pierce Counties. To see typical areas and delivery charge check the Delivery Fees section below.

Can my items be delivered if I cannot be present?

We work regularly with Hotels, Airbnb, etc. Most are accommodating but you need to verify with them. While we are happy to work with any special request, please understand once delivered as requested, the customer assumes full responsibility.

Is there a local "pick-up" option?

At this time we do not have a store location. Due to safety for both "Rentals for Baby" and any customers we only deliver products to previously determined locations arranged with the customer.

Can I make a reservation for as soon as tomorrow?

Likely we should be able to accommodate last minute requests. Currently our shopping feature blocks "same day" and "next day" requests by the customer as we prefer to verify availability first. Please contact us and we will create the reservation in your behalf. A last minute fee will apply to your order. 

Can I rent something and return it same day?

Yes. We try to be as accommodating as possible. Keep in mind that all items have a 3 day minimum rental charge. Making a pick-up same day as the delivery may incur a fee.

Is your equipment brand new?

All of our equipment is purchased new and only used if still in near-new condition. We take pride in our service and that includes our products offered.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand plans change, so we try to accommodate as much as possible. 

If cancelling with less than 72 hours notice you will receive a 50% refund.

Reservations with less than a 24 hour notice will receive a 20% refund.

Why not rent at a hotel?

Hotels typically provide (heavily used) smaller cribs on a first-come first-serve basis and during busy times they run out quick. They also may not be able to provide strollers, car seats, or other products that will make your trip easier.

Will I get the exact item pictured?

While the quality and features displayed are comparable to what is featured in the photographs and descriptions, the exact model and color may vary.

Can you help install the car seat?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to install the car seat directly or verbally assist due to extreme liability reasons. Basic instructions are typically printed on the side of the car seat as a guide. We will also provide a digital copy of the manual. Please refer to the manufacturers manual to assure that the car seat you are renting is installed and secured properly. 

Is my reservation guaranteed?

Once an order and payment has been placed the items are reserved in your behalf. If an order is started but not paid over 72 hours prior to the reservation, you will need to confirm over the phone if the reservation is good. Due to unforeseen circumstances cancellations may occur, though this is extremely rare and every effort to assist will be made.

Rental Calculations

Our reservations require a 3 day minimum on all rental items. The calculations are based on a 24 hour period starting at chosen delivery and pickup times. Please keep in mind that we request a 2 hour window starting from the time requested for actual delivery to accommodate for traffic or other circumstances. Also note Seattle charges a 10.1% tax on any rental, retail, or delivery service.

Last Minute Reservations

If a reservation is made less than 48 hours prior; a fee starting at $30 may be added to the regular delivery charge.  Currently our shopping feature blocks "same day" and "next day" requests by the customer as we prefer to verify availability first. Please contact us and we will create the reservation in your behalf.  

Different Delivery vs. Pick-up Location

We understand how trips may be flexible and are happy to work with you. If two different locations are needed the fee will reflect whichever is a longer distance.

Late Night Delivery or Pickup

A late night fee starting at $30 may be added to any appointment set between 8 pm and 7 am each

Missed Appointments

We schedule our appointments within a 2 hour window. As much flexibility as possible is always best between both parties. If a major delay due to customer's scheduling occurs there may be an additional fee added.
