This website is owned and operated by “Rentals for Baby” previously "Baby Rentals R Us". Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to “Rentals for Baby”; and the terms “renter”, “I”, “you”, “customer”, “recipient”, or “user” to refer to any individual outside of “Rentals for Baby” who may or may not engage “Rentals for Baby” as a customer or request any of our services, along with any friends, family, or associates that you are using our services for, or with. We offer this website and all information herein as a notice to you, the user, and any potential customer all of the terms, conditions, policies, pricing and notices of our service. 

By visiting this website and/or engaging any of our services you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and any referenced herein. Please read all information carefully as you will be bound by this information. If you do not agree to any and all terms and conditions herein please do not access the website or attempt to utilize our services. Any terms and conditions or other information on this website may be changed in any manner, at any time, at our discretion and may be applied even after a service has been requested.


This agreement releases “Rentals for Baby” from all liability relating to injuries that may occur from the renting or utilization of services, equipment and products provided by us. The renter acknowledges to hold “Rentals for Baby” and any of their employees, members and partners entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence when engaging or attempting to engage our services (such as but not limited to risk using strollers, cribs, car seats, high chairs, pack and plays and more). 


By continuing on this website and/or engaging our services you acknowledge full responsibility for you and any persons with you regarding negative impacts, whether they are physical, financial, emotional or otherwise. You agree to inspect all equipment and products that have been rented or purchased before using them, and ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY USE OR APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. You understand that if a problem is determined when inspecting the gear you are advised not to use the gear and contact “Rentals for Baby” immediately at 206-717-4878 for assistance. Additionally, you verify that you and any members with you do not have any conditions that will increase the likelihood of experiencing injuries or causing or suffering damage while engaging use of any equipment or products provided by us and that you will use these items to the best of your ability and for their intended purpose only and not while impaired in any manner (alcohol, medicinal drugs, recreational drugs or other impairment) from their proper utilization.

By engaging or attempting to engage “Rentals for Baby”:

I, the customer, agree to forfeit all right to bring a suit against “Rentals For Baby”, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, licensors or service providers for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to lost profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement expense, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising for you or anyone’s use of any of our equipment, products, services, or procurement thereof, for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions when using baby gear such as but not limited to cribs, car seats, strollers, high chairs, pack and plays and more. I will ask for clarification when needed. 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless “Rentals for Baby” and our members, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or similar individuals, harmless from any claim or demand, including any and all attorney fees, made by any third-party due to or arising from your knowingly or unknowingly breaching these Terms & Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by updating information on our website or by other notification. You accept responsibility to stay up-to-date on any and all changes made to our website or the services provided following any changes.



To ensure availability, “Rentals for Baby” recommends reserving your equipment as soon as possible. We accept all major credit cards online and by phone. All online requests will be followed up via phone or e-mail within 24 hours. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you wish to make a reservation within a 48 hour period you must call prior to making a reservation to ensure availability of products and delivery window.

Minimum Rental Period

We have a minimum 3 day rental length. If items are returned the same day as provided no refund of unused time or items will be offered. Rental charges are based on 24 hour periods starting at the beginning of the scheduled delivery time.


In order to hold the equipment for you, “Rentals for Baby” requires full payment in order to finalize and secure a reservation. A valid credit card is needed to secure payment for rentals. We accept all major Credit Cards over the phone or through our online shopping service powered by "Booqable".  No checks or cash accepted.

Service Area Limitation

Your delivery/pick up location should be confirmed with "Rentals for Baby" section of the Shopping Cart to verify your address is a valid option and to obtain any delivery fees. If your location is outside of the list we still may be able to assist however, you need to call us at 206-717-4878 to verify option and delivery fee. Your reservation may be refunded within 24 hours if you select an unverified area that “Rentals for Baby” doesn’t service.

Insufficient Inventory

 Your order may be refunded within 24 hours if there is insufficient inventory. We will contact you as soon as possible and refund your order if we are unable to honor the reservation as requested. 

Delivery and Delivery Fees

· Rental term begins and ends on the specified dates. 

· Specify the address, dates and times to deliver and pick-up the items.

· “Rentals for Baby” will not be held responsible for tardiness due to inclement weather, automotive accidents/traffic jams, Acts of God, etc.

· Orders made in less than 48 hour will incur an additional $30 fee. 

· Orders needed delivery and/or pick-up between 8pm and 7am will incur an additional $30 fee respectively or more.

· We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason other than heritage, race, sex, orientation, disability, religion or political stance. We will cancel orders we deem to be fraudulent, illegal, or unsafe.

· We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. If we cancel an order by our own discretion within 72 hours of delivery, we will attempt to assist in redirecting you to a different rental company in the area.

· A 2 hour window is required for all deliveries and pick-ups. However, due to weather, traffic, and other unforeseen conditions out of our control that may delay our delivery we cannot guarantee time, but will do our best within reasonable expectations to fulfill our appointments.

· If a customer misses a delivery or pick-up window and needs to reschedule, and fails to inform us of the requested change within 24 hours they may lose the reservation and the funds paid or if re-scheduling is possible an additional delivery fee will be added. 

Delivery and Pick-Up Contact (If Not You)

It is your responsibility to identify the appropriate contact person at the delivery address and give “Rentals for Baby” their phone number. “Rentals for Baby” will do their best to work with them if requested, however; they cannot be held responsible if contact cannot be established with the chosen individual.

Delivery and pickup times are verified by telephone, text, or email with the contact person the day of the delivery and pickup date.

If no one is available to receive the equipment or allow pickup at the agreed time, there will be an attempt to reschedule and an additional $25 delivery fee. Please notify “Rentals for Baby” of any change in location.

If “Rentals for Baby” needs to return to a location for any reason that is not due to an error on the part of them, an additional fee will be applied to the reservation.

Delivery and Pickup Times 

“Rentals for Baby” delivers 24/7/365 including all major holidays. Due to high demand or requests made for after 8pm-7am there will be an additional $30 late-night fee added.

Outdoor Delivery or Pickup

Under certain circumstances, “Rentals for Baby” can arrange to pickup and leave rental equipment outdoors BUT this is determined on a case by case basis depending on weather and safety.

Airport Delivery and Pickup

We can provide equipment near the SeaTac airport. Due to security and legal limits, delivery and pick-ups will be made either at the Cell-Phone parking lot or the Car Rental location. We will need to know your airline, flight number, and arrival or departure time so that we can follow the flights and times in case of delays beyond your control. 


We understand that plans can sometimes change. 

· Orders cancelled 4 or more days before delivery can receive a full refund.

· Orders cancelled 72 hours or less prior to the delivery date, you will receive a 90% refund. 

· Orders cancelled 48 hours or less, will receive a 60% refund.

· Orders cancelled 24 hours or less, customer can choose between a 25 % refund OR 50% saved as credit toward a future reservation with “Rentals for Baby”.

Please remember “Rentals For Baby” holds the rental equipment specifically for your reservation and in cases of cancellations miss the opportunity to rent them out again during that period and still are liable for employee delivery fees.

Return of Item(s) After Delivery or Pickup

All items (minus consumable products) are expected returnable at the agreed location, date and time set out in the reservation and in similar condition as when they were provided. There will be no refunds after the items are accepted or returned. There will be no refunds due to early returns or non-usage of equipment during the rental period. Any missed return appointment will incur a late fee in addition to extra rental days being added. 

Equipment Use Instructions

When renting from “Rentals for Baby”, the customer may receive the instruction manual(s) created by the manufacturer accompanying the equipment either by a physical copy or a digital copy or website link to a digital copy. We are not responsible for failure to follow these instructions or any mistakes written in them, or miscommunication either intentionally or not. When renting from us the customer agrees to read the instructions for how to properly use their items, and follow those instructions.


Please inspect equipment on arrival or receipt. If you are unhappy with an item, call “Rentals for Baby” to return/exchange within the first 24 hours. If the dissatisfaction was not due to our negligence then an additional delivery fee may be added for the return/exchange.

Rental Extension

If you decide to extend your rental, you must notify us 24 hours prior to return date, in order to avoid additional late charges in addition to the extra day(s) rental fee(s). 

Failure to Return Equipment

The customer is responsible for making sure the equipment is available to be picked up at the location and time agreed.

Failure to return equipment will be considered a theft, resulting in criminal prosecution. If the equipment is not returned at the agreed time or location, we reserve the right to add a $30.00 fee in addition to daily rental fees for each extra day the equipment is not returned. These charges will be added to your credit card on file.

Replacements and Repair

You accept full responsibility for the care of all equipment and products obtained from “Rentals for Baby”. Any loss, theft, damage (teething marks on items not meant to be teethed on included), missing parts, permanent staining or destruction of the rental equipment will result in an additional charge equal to the purchase price of the item listed on the website. In the event of partial damage, you will be charged the reasonable repair fee and additional days rent until item is repaired and usable. Products must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. 

If an item rented includes a sheet/plastic bag (i.e. mattresses), the renter is responsible for its return in same condition. Failure to return all items including protective gear is subject to additional fees.

Note that in the event of a lost item at a hotel, car rental agency, rental property or any other type of delivery and pick up destination “Rentals for Baby” will give the renter 72 hours to work with their visited location in order to try and retrieve the lost product. It is not the responsibility of “Rentals for Baby” to try and retrieve lost equipment from the renter’s destinations. If the item is not retrieved within 72 hours the card on file will be charged for the cost of the item. Any extra trips to retrieve equipment again may result in an additional delivery fee.

Safety/ Sanitation

Safety is a primary concern when renting baby equipment. All products are up-to-date and meet current federal safety standards. Products are checked and replaced as needed with a focus on the changing baby industry. For more information on product safety please see the Consumer Products Safety Commission at www.cpsc.gov. All equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized before delivery. “Rentals for Baby” will always uphold the highest sanitation procedures possible, but will not be held liable for damages incurred by negligence or other error.     

Renter will immediately discontinue use of equipment should it at any time become unsafe or in a state of disrepair. Furthermore, the renter will immediately notify “Rentals for Baby” that the equipment is unsafe or in disrepair take all necessary steps to prevent injuries to any person and all property from the rental equipment.

Return Condition

  • We have a strict no food and drink policy (water is OK) with the exception of a Highchair or Booster Seat.

The equipment must be returned reasonably clean otherwise a $15 per item cleaning fee will be charged to your card if excessive cleaning is needed due to crayons, markers, chewing gum, stickers, food, or other difficult to remove substances need to be cleaned from the equipment.

We will charge up to $50 for vomit, urine, feces, or other cleaning services and up to $100 for any smoke removal per item. If they cannot remove the smoke smell, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of each item. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy around the gear, at all times. We also have a no mud, loose dirt, or sand policy on all strollers or other gear not designed for dirty/muddy conditions.. The renter agrees that the products will be returned in the condition received or additional cleaning fees assessed will be charged to the customer's credit card on file. Please help us keep the equipment clean and safe for our next little guest.    

Car Seats

We will not install any car seat for you due to extreme liability reasons. We will provide instruction manuals for your reference. You agree to report to us if the car seat rented was involved in an automobile accident while in your possession. This is required by law for the safety of the next user.


We can setup the crib at your request. Any damages incurred by you or anyone other than us by setting up, breaking down, or relocating the crib or other furniture may incur repair/replacement fees.


You, the renter, and all associated with your group, take full responsibility for any and all equipment and products provided by “Rentals for Baby”. All items are provided “AS IS” with no guarantee, promises, or expectations provided. You agree to all of these terms and conditions and accept full legal and financial responsibility for any services requested to or provided by “Rentals for Baby”.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for www.Rentals4Baby.com . This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. 

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
